The Scholls Heights Parent Teacher Organization (SHPTO) is volunteer led organization at Scholls Heights Elementary School. Our sole focus is on our school community.
SHPTO is a nonprofit organization governed to promote the well-being of each student, and to enhance their learning experience at home and at school.

Our Values
At the Scholls Heights PTO, we believe in the values of kindness, respect, responsibility, hard work, and having fun. These values guide us in everything we do and help us create a positive and supportive environment for our students, families and staff.
To ensure an effective and productive PTO, we have established a code of conduct that represents the minimum standards of behavior and performance. While it cannot cover every possible situation that may arise as a SHPTO member, this code is intended to guide your behavior and interactions within the community. Adhering to these principles and behaviors will help create a positive and collaborative environment for all members of the Scholls Heights community.

The Scholls Heights PTO is driven by a fantastic team of elected volunteers, all connected to a student at Scholls Heights Elementary.
Each board member serves a two-year term in their roles.
Co-President
Stacey Andrews
Stacey is a mom of two who is thrilled to be serving on the SHPTO board again this year, for her fifth year!
Her son is a Scholls Heights 5th grader and her daughter is a 2nd grader.
She can't wait to dive into all the exciting activities on the calendar for the school year, including the Monster Mash Bash, Fun Run, and the annual Auction!

Rachael Styer
Rachael is an avid reader, writer and mom of two - her daughter is a 4th grader and her son is in 2nd grade at Scholls Heights. She has a background in natural food sales and environmental studies.
This is her fourth year serving on the board, and she loves meeting new volunteers and helping them get involved in ways that work for them!
She is currently earning a masters degree in creative writing, loves to plan road trips all around the PacNW, and plays the NYT crossword puzzle just about every day.

Dawn Rodgers
Dawn is a dedicated mom to an enthusiastic 3rd grader and an energetic 1st grader.
In her second year as Vice President, she is excited to oversee events and committees that bring our school community together. She actively participates in planning and organizing a variety of activities, helping create fun and memorable experiences for all students and families.
With a passion for supporting her children’s school and strengthening the school community, Dawn is excited to continue making a positive impact throughout the school year!

Kiana Doyle
Kiana is serving her 2nd year on the PTO board in the 26/27 school year.
As a Vice President board member, she brings a wealth of fresh ideas to the team. Kiana is also a parent of a 2nd grader, balancing family life & work life with a commitment to making a positive impact.
She looks forward to working collaboratively to enhance our community and support our children's programs and events.

Jennifer Boesche
Jennifer, a mom to 3 incredible Scholls Heights students, she has twin girls in 4th grade and a son who finished his last year at Scholls Heights in the 24/25 school year and is a 7th grader at BASE.
She is excited to continue to dedicate her time and passion to the PTO board as Treasurer & Fun Run Chair for the fifth year. She loves being involved, supporting the staff, fundraising, and volunteering.
She is committed to making a positive impact on the students experience and creating the best possible school environment for all the students.

Shannon Webster
Shannon is a valued member of the board., the board is excited to welcome her for her third year as our treasurer for the 26/27 school year.
Besides her role on the board, Shannon actively participates in Worker Wednesday, classroom volunteering, planning the Fun Run, and much more. Her passion and commitment to Scholls Heights have been clear since she began volunteering in the 22/23 school year.
Shannon is a proud mom to a 2nd grader and a 4th grader at Scholls Heights.
Communications Co-Secretary
Kelly Redd
Kelly is serving her second year on the PTO board as Co-Communications Secretary.
She is a proud mom to a 5th grader at Scholls Heights and is excited to help keep families informed and connected. Kelly is excited to put her communication skills to work in supporting the PTO and keeping families connected.
When she’s not working, you can find her doing home projects or working in her garden. She looks forward to supporting school events, sharing important updates, and helping foster a welcoming community for all families.
Social Media Co-Secretary
Frances Hill
Frances Hill joined the board in 25/26. We're absolutely thrilled to have her continue as our Social Media Secretary!
Frances is no stranger to Scholls Heights, she's incredibly excited to find fresh ways to give back to our school community and keep us all updated through our social channels.
Plus, she’s a proud parent of a 5th grader at Scholls Heights!
Co-Volunteer Coordinator
Courtney Longfellow
Courtney will continue as the Volunteer Coordinator, marking her third year on the PTO Board.
In addition to supporting the PTO, Courtney is a mom of two — one is a 3rd at Scholls Heights, and the other starts kindergarten at Scholls Heights this year. She is also a program manager working with transit agencies.
We’re so grateful for her ongoing support and the vital role she plays in connecting and engaging our volunteers!
Co-Volunteer Coordinator
Victoria Fogle
Victoria is a mom of 3, a 2nt grader and 5th grader at Scholls Heights and a 7th grader at BASE. She is excited to continue as the Co-Volunteer Coordinator for her second year on the PTO board.
During previous school years, she has enjoyed volunteering in her children's classrooms and supporting various committees throughout the year. She is passionate about supporting the school and community at Scholls Heights.
