PTO MEETINGS

Our community meetings are held every 1st Wednesday of the month at 6pm via Zoom.

Agendas will be posted at least 1 day before via the link on the right.

​

We have the principal, vice principal and teacher liaisons in attendance as well as any external speakers seeking to speak with us. 

​

Agendas for the community meeting will vary. Our principal, Tracy, will give us a report about what is going on in the school. We may have a guest speaker from BSD or another group coming to speak with us. Each Board Member reports on their respective roles, we will address any grant requests submitted and we will always have time for Q&A.

If you miss a meeting but are seeking the info covered, not to worry. We take minutes at each meeting and a copy of those can be viewed on our Minutes and Newsletter page.
