Our second largest fundraising event, Scholls Heights Carnival & Raffle will be on April 28 5:00-8:00pm and is open to our students and their friends and family.
It takes a LONG time to write your name on those pesky tickets! Not to mention, who wants to wait in line to purchase your all-play wristband when you can hit the ground running! PRE-ORDER all of your ticket (& wristband) needs now!!! Download the pre-sale form (or keep an eye out for it in your child's backpack) and return the completed form to the front office.
NEW THIS YEAR: To encourage even more pre-sales than the amazing amount we already receive, this year we have an extra bonus for you! One lucky family who submits their completed pre-sale order by the due date of Wednesday, April 26th will win a Premium Raffle Ticket! This year's Premium Raffle includes a Razor Ripstick and a "Cure for Summer Boredom" basket.
Thank you to our Carnival Activity Chair: Paula Jones and Procurement Chairs Kelsey Hecker and Katie Tabar. For additional questions or if you're interested in volunteering, please email Paula.
***IMPORTANT: Do you and your children LOVE our school Carnival? Do you want to make sure Scholls Heights students get to experience this FUN event next year? We are looking for a Carnival Chair for next year. Carnival can't happen without a Chair! If it seems like too much, maybe chair it with your friends! ***
Step right up and VOLUNTEER!!! Carnival is almost here and each class is responsible for a small number of shifts. If your class fills all shifts, chances are good that you're class wins the lottery and classroom students of volunteers win a FREE ALL-PLAY WRISTBAND! All classes have only eight 35-minute shifts to fill. Hurry now and get first choice at the station you want to work. Sign up for a shift through your My Volunteer Page account TODAY!
Your child’s favorite event is just around the corner! And a lot of its success isn’t just from all the bounce houses, great food and amazing volunteers on that one special night, but all the amazingly generous donations provided by our community that help support one of Scholls Heights biggest fundraisers.
Donations are being accepted and can be dropped off in the donation bucket in the front office no later than Friday, April 7th.
